Sister Seraphina and the sleuthing mice at Saint Wulfhilda's Abbey School are back for a seaside adventure—and an unexpected lesson on the corporal works of mercy.

On the shores of Lyme Regis, where G. K. Chesterton takes his holidays, a strange sound haunts the night....

Sister Seraphina and the other Sisters of Our Lady Star of the Sea have planned a seaside summer holiday for the students of Saint Wulfhilda's School. The mice of Saint Michael and Saint George Church welcome the group, and the beach awaits the excited students. But why is it so dangerous to go out at night? Sister Seraphina and her students will need all their wits to piece together the puzzling clues—and save their holiday!

This third installment of The Sister Seraphina Mysteries delivers touching lessons on the corporal works of mercy and the gift of imagination within a charming tale of adventure and friendship. Includes a brief biography of G. K. Chesterton.

Haley Stewart is an award-winning author and the Managing Editor of Word on Fire Votive. Her family lived on a farm for a year, and she wrote a book about it (for grown-ups) titled The Grace of Enough. Haley and her husband have four children, an enormous dog named Samwise, and a grumpy cat named Lillian, but (as far as they know) no mice under the floorboards. Betsy Wallin began drawing as a child. While growing up in upstate New York, she would paint giant murals or sketch ruined barns along country roads. She studied art history in college. But after her MA from UC Berkeley, she soon turned to practicing art, specializing in illustration as a young mother in France and later on at Pratt Institute. Betsy currently lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband, Brian, and dog Molly. She is represented by the Deborah Harris Agency.
