Easter Grace Daily Gospel Reflections
Alleluia! Christ is risen! Easter is the most important celebration in the life of the Church. With this book of daily reflections for the season, you will unearth a renewed and refreshed spirit in your walk with Christ.
The Gospel readings during the Easter Season are taken mainly from the Gospel of John, according to a tradition that goes back to the first centuries of the Church. With this book, you are invited to share with members of the Daughters of St. Paul a prolonged meditation on the deep joy of Easter.
These reflections are based on a lectio divina ("holy reading") prayer method, in line with the Pauline tradition and the founder of the Daughters of St. Paul, Blessed James Alberione.
The Daughters of St. Paul are an international congregation of women religious. They were founded in Italy in 1915 by Blessed James Alberione. Lenten Grace contains entries from 15 members of the Daughters of St. Paul, including Kathryn J. Hermes, Mary Peter Martin, Anne Eileen Heffernan, and Mary Lea Hill.
